MGB GT Jubilee 1975
Car no 730 (of 750 made)

To celebrate the MG factory's 50's anniversary in 1975, the factory made 750 numbered GT's in a limited production, and called them 'Jubilee'.
All cars were BRG (british racing green), with a golden stripe and the '1925 - MG - 1975' logo. They were also fitted with MGB GT V8 golden wheels. Except from this, and a plate with the car's production number in the  series, there was nothing special with these cars.

My car, number 730 of the 750 made, is fitted with a Webasto sliding sunroof, and leather seats. The doors are rather rusted, but rest of car is in very good condition

At the time of wrinting (February 2011), ca 200 cars are still on the road, whilst another 100 or so are known to exist in different states of projects.
In Norway there are two Jubilee's. They will hopefully be seen together rather often, as the two owners lives only 40 km apart.
