This page shows the progress and work done on the Lotus Europa in the year 2003:

December 25th, 2003 - Christmas Day
Guess you won't believe this, but I've done some work on the Europa!
Perfect Norwegian winter weather saw me dive into the garage, trying to re-find some of the old parts that was removed from the Europa 5 years ago (...).
Have mounted the alternator, starter, found out that the tread is missing for one of the water pump bolts - and done some cleaning on the water filler reservoir. This seems to be filled with rust inside; does anyone have a good idea how to clean and seal the inside??

Just like you all to know I'm still alive, though I still haven't done any Lotus work. Shame on me...
This summer has seen us refurbishing our house, changing all the windows and the roof. At work things has gone crazy; from June through August I nearly lived at work. So; no time for the Europa, but enough money for a new car; I've bought a 1984 Caterham 1700 Supersprint, ready for summer use!
Click here to take a look, and click her to kick my axxxx back in the garage - and make me start working on the 'ropa again...

Well, as I haven't written anything for months, I guess you suspect me for not doing any work on the Europa?
Guess what; you're right...
This is due to a lot of things; enormous lot of work to do - and the fact that I bought a 'new' car in February. Click here to see my Reliant Regal 3-wheeler..
I've also spent time with the Triumph Herald, making it ready for the summer. But; I hope to get back on track with the Europa a couple of weeks after Easter vacation.. If not; send me a mail - telling me what to do...

Happy new year to you all!
From a very, very cold Norwegian winter (down to 26 degrees Celsius below zero), temperatures rised to some 5 degrees Celsius below zero when it was time to mount the body with the chassis.
Did we succeed? Click here to find out....
